DEI & Talent Management organization is seeking aProgram Leadwill lead the design,and continuous improvement of our internalemployee talent development program. This role willbe responsible forcreating and executingcomprehensive development programthat foster employee growth andwith Citi’s strategic diversity and talentincluding theDEI & Talent
Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end talent development programs, including curriculum creation,event planningand participant journey
Ensure alignment of the program with Citi’s strategic goals and employee development needs
Make data-drivenrecommendationsfor continuous improvement of the program
Institute and track measures of success and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)tomonitorprogram effectiveness
Collaborate with in-business stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gain buy-in and support for the program
Ensure connectivity to all functional partners with dependencies and considerationssuch asESPA, Learning, and HR functions, etc.to ensure comprehensive program delivery
alarge budget effectively to ensure efficient use of resources
Track and report on budget expenditures and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
Develop and deliver effective communication materials to promote the program internally
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress and outcomes
Plan and execute program-related events, including workshops,seminarsand training sessions
Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events to enhance the employee experience
Qualifications:
years’ experiencein program orprojectmanagement, preferably in employee retention and development, and DEI initiatives
Strong project management and change management skills with experience on large, complex, global projects
xcellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills.
Proven experience managing budgets and ensuring financial accountability
Strong background in event management and coordination
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience presenting to and driving alignment amongst senior management
Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisionsand measure impact
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
