Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing ownership and clarity to AMS 700 by working with cross-functional partners to improve product investigations and reduce complaints.
  • Own cross-function Customer Satisfaction Meetings to inform stakeholders of current state of product complaints
  • Ownership of NCEP/CAPA as necessary
  • Providing technical guidance in identifying and resolving quality issues using engineering essentials and other related problem-solving tools and techniques.
  • Asset ownership and equipment maintenance of complex laboratory testing equipment.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and execution of streamlined, robust solutions to CIS processes are effectively implemented while still meeting organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Focusing on continuous improvement by championing and fostering the execution of projects within the local and Global Post Market organizations.
  • Fostering a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrating a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an Engineering or Science background
  • 3+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CAPA ownership experience
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills, both technical and conversational
  • Decision making and negotiation skills, individually and within groups
  • Experience in managing multiple projects across multiple organizational disciplines

Maximum Salary: $ 144400

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
