Key responsibilities:

• Creatively tell the Outbrain story through a variety of projects for print, digital, and general brand resources, such as brochures, ebooks, flyers, sell sheets, presentations, social/web banners, internal branding/swag, and more
• Own projects from concept to completion, participating in brainstorms and kick-off calls
• Work with stakeholders across the globe, interpreting written briefs and feedback to finalize projects
• Ensure design output always adheres to Outbrain’s brand guidelines
• Use strong project management skills to balance multiple projects at once, with the support and help of senior leadership
• Effectively communicate and present ideas/design decisions to non-designers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in design, marketing, or communications field or similar
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch/Figma
• Proficiency working in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
• A high level of written and spoken English
• Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing or advertising technology field
• Bonus: Basic animation skills and knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Bonus: Experience with Project Management Platforms such as Monday.com, Asana or Basecamp
• A collaborative team player with an optimistic and problem-solving attitude
• An interest in learning new tools/skills and growing alongside an ambitious and fast-moving team
• Ability to efficiently execute design feedback and produce drafts for quick turnarounds
• Strong understanding of important design principles, such as balanced layouts, strong typography, and clear hierarchies
• Great organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A portfolio that showcases a clean, minimalistic, and professional design aesthetic is required
