As a Product Analyst at JFrog you will…
- Interact with a wide variety of teams, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to identify improvement and optimization opportunities in the Artifactory product
- Define and build KPIs, define main product metrics, and build dashboards to deliver scalable insights
- Conduct user behavior analysis to understand how customers interact with our products.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance overall user satisfaction
- Evaluate the performance of existing products and features, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Provide business recommendations through the effective presentation of findings to multiple stakeholders at different levels, using visual displays of quantitative information
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Lead Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Social Sciences
- High Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge in Tableau or similar BI platforms
- Proven experience leading data projects and initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and good understanding of data visualization
- Takes initiative, with the ability to think critically when leading projects
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Product background - mandatory
- Experience with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Heap) - advantage
