A day in the life:

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization tools to track product performance, behavior trends, and business impact.
- Translate abstract business questions into measurable metrics, informing and driving product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and operations to support data-driven product development and business strategy.
- Experience: 3+ years in a data, product, or business analyst role, ideally within a tech environment, with demonstrated expertise in SQL, BI, and data visualization tools.
- SQL Mastery: Advanced skills in SQL, with a proven ability to manage, analyze, and visualize complex data sets.
- Insight Development: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Effective Communication: Proficiency in clearly and concisely presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Quick learner with a proactive mindset, a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
- Experience with BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
