Role Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the construction project is feasible, efficient, and aligns with the client’s vision. The primary responsibility will be to assess design plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify potential challenges or inefficiencies during the design, procurement and construction stages of the project. Very close collaboration with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders will be critical to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Assures the construction plans for planning the project, including design, constructability, methodology, HSE, and delivery are agreed and communicated to the team and implemented.
- Manages project scope, ensuring changes are properly documented and approved through change control process in Aconex.
- Collaborates with Discipline leads, accountable for development, implementation, monitoring, reporting of project plan, schedules, budget and resource allocation.
- Works closely with the Contractors to successfully drive delivery of scope to time and budget.
- identifies, documents, coordinates, and continuously monitors the various interactions and dependencies within a project to ensure seamless integration, minimize risks, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
- Ensures the alignment between the design requirements and the contractual requirements by reviewing, identifying gaps, providing feedback, and facilitating the necessary resolution.
- Conducts thorough reviews of design documents to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and specifications.
