To manage and drive the launch, development and implementation of a new digital solutions for all Sell-in tools (DTB, SAP, PO Sheets) and co-ordinate all activities around (testing, proactive countries engagement, feedback, follow up actions)
Act as a key East contact point to Europe / GIT for all inquiries related to the implementation of the new Tool
Co-ordinate cross-functionally with internal interfaces (e.g. Sales, Marketing, GIT, Europe community) to ensure the platform offers East-relevant, timely and engaging content
Drive EDI implementation (both ordering / sell-out) among strategic partners
To enable and provide standard business performance tracking and analysis on sell-in from all Sales Channels via the different Sell-in tools (GSS, Click, SAP, EDI) and provide findings and recommendations to decision makers and follow up usage
To drive and ensure sales systems readiness prior to sell-in and data flow management across the entire system chain on a quarterly basis
To identify functional training needs for sales & marketing teams, to develop or adjust trainings and execute them, to ensure advanced knowledge transfer, to monitor and assess best practice implementation status
To ensure smooth troubleshooting of Sell-in tools during Sell-in period

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree in business, ideally with sales / mathematics / finance / IT focus
Financial background and IT skills to manage administration of systems interfaces between global and market set-up.
Min. 2 years of Experience with sales performance tracking tools, troubleshooting of sales systems or testing new sales applications and systems is an advantage
