• Data Protection-Acts as the trusted single source of truth for all things customer by providing the highest quality of relevant, insightful, real-time customer data that’s easily usable and consistently accurate.

• Data Management Operations-Manage critical data management processes, provides oversight, and ensures policy and control compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Planning & Governance - Partner with the team to manage the rhythms to drive effective planning and monthly governance routines

• Maintaining the roadmap for the product for long term planning of feature development and priorities

• Defining success & counter metrics with a tracking methodology, to include creating materials for updating leadership

• Launch planning and execution for the product

• Team Confluence page maintenance

• Creating compelling resources to share our story with stakeholders and users

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• At least 2 years experience in Process or Project Management

• At least 2 years experience in Relationship Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 3+ yearsofexperience supporting, partnering and interacting with senior stakeholders

• 3+ years experiencein Process or Project Management
