  • Are you a proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded marketer looking to drive business results in key Strategic customer and prospect accounts? As an ABM Marketing Program Manager you can be a pivotal part of an account focused team shaping the strategy and go-to-market plans for our biggest accounts.   • Responsibilities
  • This role requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a globally dispersed, cross functional team, using account intelligence to build and execute effective account-based marketing programs utilising a range of tactics.
  • Develop and lead programs to drive account engagement aligned to top target accounts (customer and prospect) in APAC focusing on acceleration & growth
  • Utilise a range of 1 tactics dependent on account analysis, developing growth strategies alongside Sales and Partners team
  • Collaborate with account teams to map stakeholder journeys, key account activities and communication strategies, delivering targeted, personalised engagement strategies
  • Work with the global team to launch personalised and engaging experiences including microsites for key accounts and produce scalable content, including executive briefings, blogs, videos, and infographics
  • Drive digital awareness through paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Demandbase activities, and personalized microsites
  • Leverage data, insights, and best practices to design, implement and report on effective ABM campaigns and programs across multiple channels and platforms”


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least seven years of professional experience, including one year of ABM marketing experience
  • Experience in the software market
  • Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Experience in Demandbase platform
  • Confidence collaborating across marketing and sales leadership and cross functional working
  • Proven experience in devising demand generation campaigns
  • Able to prioritise and manage process to drive programs forward
  • Understanding of key business challenges within IT and software development, top IT initiatives, industry forums, groups and buying processes


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Familiarity with IBM and Apptio offerings
