As a process specialist you will play a key role in the revenue and banks processes for the division of record to report general ledger team for USAC region. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the implementation of best practices to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of our financial processes.

• Execute account reconciliations approvals and follow up.

• Provide great customer service to stakeholders given process guidance.

• Performs activities related to the accounting close process.

• Identify problems and proactively suggest process improvements.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or economics related area.

• Five (5) years of Performs accounting processes ensuring compliance following stablished GSC/ Global designed process, Global Financial Standards (GFS) and applicable sox-controls in a private, public, government or military environment.

• Fluent English (equal or more than 75%)

• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP.

• Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset: Identify problems and proactively suggest process improvements.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience or knowledge in GL, Inter-Company, Treasury, Banks, AR/AP, Revenue.

• Proficient communication skills to engage with GSC teams and country and global stakeholders.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel, PBI and Power Point Skills.

• Accounting skills to analyze financial transactions and reporting.

• Work with multifunctional teams.
