Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Supply chain Management, Transportation, Operations Management), a related field or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience working with Transportation Management Application (JDA).
5 years of experience in Transportation as supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing team members, or running workload.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing cost, quality, and service performance and for making decisions when trade-offs are required
Knowledge of carrier rates, agreements, tariffs and in the use of distribution strategies.
