While reporting into a Program Manager based out of Hyderabad, perform data analysis and reporting for Annotations operations by interacting with vendors and drive process improvement for invoicing, spend details, resource tracking from vendors. Drive processes for budget allocation, budget management, and forecast preparation. Work with team of analysts to continuously improve operational metrics and build standard reports that can be shared with leadership. Prepare executive reports that summarize the ongoing program status and highlights risks. Gather, document, prioritize requirements and work with engineering teams to successfully test, release features and functionalities. Establish financial controls and processes to handle financial reporting requirements. Details of day to day operations include but not limited to;1. Work with vendors of Annotation program to ensure timely processing of the service entry sheets to enable timely processing of weekly/monthly invoices. Candidate would also work on developing and streamlining quarterly, yearly reports for leadership. 3. Ability to think strategically to develop roadmap for invoicing process tool enhancements by understanding, documenting requirements. working with technical and business process re-engineering teams to prioritize the features, conduct UAT and user testing and release features and functionalities to the user group. 4. Ability to lead or work with team of contractors/analysts who will design and develop operational and leadership level reports and dashboards that support operational planning and critical metric tracking. The candidate also needs to be hands-on with day-to-day responsibilities and should be proficient with the financial models and reports to support the team. 5. Mindset to work with minimal instructions and in ambiguous situation guided by appropriate logical reasoning, hypothesis and ability to independently navigate through various systems, processes. 6. Train and guide resources and as needed and undertake process improvement project.
