You will manage a team of marketing professionals to generate core clinical and business insights on targeted customer segments. You will develop and execute strategies that address key customer barriers, ultimately driving customer utilization. You will provide end-to-end leadership – from serving as voice of customer and sales partner in guiding product roadmap activities.

This position will report directly to the EMEA VP Marketing, based in Switzerland.

In this role, you will…

  • Lead and develop the Turkish marketing function, directly coaching a team of 3 people.
  • Lead the development of local strategic marketing plan
  • Analyze reports and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business
  • Leads cross-functional teams in creating and executing tactical plans that support Align’s business strategies.
  • Manage & measure budget associated with key strategies
  • Development of portfolio strategies and design
  • Lead on implementation of B2B Brand Messaging
  • Partner with finance to define local pricing strategies
  • Build strong network with prominent KOLs and industry partners
  • Lead the management of key strategic agency partners
  • Develop strong local and regional internal network
  • Work closely with local ASMs on strategic elements of marketing plan
  • Lead on driving local initiatives from conception through to Go-To-Market Plans
  • Leads inter-departmental initiatives (both locally and/or on behalf of the EMEA team)

In this role, you’ll need …

  • BS or BA required; MBA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Leadership: The ability and experience to lead a multi-functional team, leading their thinking and earning their support/respect through initiative, action and drive for results.
  • Brand Strategy & Experience: The ability to craft a differentiated strategy that drives sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Strong Insights & Business Analytical skills: The ability to identify customer needs/insights and market trends,
  • Marketing Planning, Execution & Communications: Proven ability to develop and implement robust business and marketing plans to effectively achieve business goals.
  • Product Management: The ability to nurture an idea from conception to launch and execute with excellence to exceed revenue and profit targets.
  • Change catalyst: experience of initiating and delivering change through agility and coaching.
  • Be willing to travel up to 30% of the time
