Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience in people management.

Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose, including the ability to tenaciously promote and propose creative technologies across a diverse landscape of key decision makers.
Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and driving results in complex, agile environments.
Experience in marketing or advertising within the food and beverage industry.
Knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies and media, including online-to-offline, e-commerce, TV, and digital video.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to create and further develop existing relationships and business.
