RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor teams on tasks such as structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender designs, detailed designs and the production of contract documents and technical reports.
- Use your knowledge and skills in to lead a team and other disciplines in providing an integrated service to clients.
- Experience in analysis & design of buildings of various sectors like High Rise Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, Mission Critical Buildings etc.
- Leading a team of Structural Engineers and Designers in the development of calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model.
- Fully understand all structural scope, recognize how that scope is both generated and impacted by other disciplines, and identify scope change.
- Develop and manage schedule, budget, and staffing forecasts for the structural scope.
- Attend project meetings and take an active role to help team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.
- Take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the deliverables, including calculations and all construction documents.
- Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality.
- Ability to develop Structural concepts to effectively compliment Architectural designs.
- Understanding the basic structural engineering principles and leading a team of assistant engineers & drafters in delivering detailed design.
- Preparation and checking of the detailed structural calculations and detailed checking of the drawings in line with the project quality procedures.
- Understand Project Procedure, Execution Plans, Quality Plans and assist Project Manager in the proper execution of the project activities.
- Communicate/coordinate within the team and with the Client/lead office to ensure project needs are being addressed in a timely manner.
- Capable of leading / handling large projects independently.
- Capable of interacting with all stakeholders including clients and vendors.
- Should be open for short travel and deputation to other offices, where required.
- Flexibility of working anywhere globally.
- Lead the team to deliver against agreed goals, strategies and KPI’s.
- Contribute to the Operations Centre Leadership Team; work collaboratively with other members of the leadership team to deliver strategic and growth objectives.
- Assists in the leadership of functional teams or projects.
- Has successfully demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Structural Design for Buildings using RC / Steel materials. Understanding of General Arrangement, RC / Steel detailing drawings and guiding / checking technician work. Experience on conceptualization of structural design based on Architectural concept.
- REVIT understanding is preferred. Must have experience on international projects (Middle East experience preferred), self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post Graduate Civil / Structural Engineering 14-19 years’ experience with minimum 12 years of professional experience.
- Professional Engineer / Certifications like ISructE, CEng preferred.
KEY COMPETENCY – Technical Skills
- Has in-depth knowledge of building structural design and elements. Knowledge of local India and International codes and best-industry practices. Also, hands-on experience of structural design of projects.
- Software – ETABS SAFE, SAP 2000, Staad Pro, REVIT Structures, TEDDs. Robot.
KEY COMPETENCY – Soft Skills
- Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience. Knowledge of Microsoft applications. Good level of written and spoken English.
- Effective presentation skill and ability to represent on behalf of the organization to stakeholders.
