ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for execution of Engineering Change Orders. Change Orders will include BOM creation, Agile revision control and release for engineering drawings.
  • Drives and /or perform change updates in SAP & Agile to support engineering changes.
  • Determine appropriate collaborators based upon change order content & Facilitates change with process owner. (e.g. Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineer, Test Engineer, Quality Engineer, Inventory Analyst, Business & etc)
  • To establish the readiness in the implementation of EC.
  • Develop feasible plan of change through 4M readiness & advise POM/EPM of the implementation of ECOs’.
  • Serves as SDSM Interface & ensures accuracy by reviewing product release documents for completeness, proper authorization and system updates.
  • Coordinate meetings to ensure regular review of ECs moving throughout the process.
  • Supports, process improvements, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain ownership over the execution of the ECN implementation plan.
  • Ensure that all Task owners completed all required action for ECN implementation prior build.
  • Coordinate the closure or Build Verification.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in engineering related fields.
  • Fresh graduates encourage to enroll for this position.

PREFERRED:

  • Added advantage if experience in PCBA manufacturing, or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Adequate knowledge on SAP (Systems, Applications, Products in data processing), Agile Management System.
  • Good skill at MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)

  • Must possess problem-solving skills, detailed & team oriented.
  • Must have ability to work independently.
  • Must have ability to adapt to rapid change and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent communication, planning negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Able to consolidate and coordinate information from various parties, prepare and present comprehensive information for management review.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as persistence in seeking out required information.
