Your key responsibilities

We’ll look to you to interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology transformation. Your responsibilities will also include to

  • Manage, assess, and implement changes to the related deliverables
  • Help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives
  • Manage project teams through all phases of the technology enablement life cycle; Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, and system design and interfacing requirements
  • Advise clients on a variety of business process issues that help identify, assess, manage, and measure the organization's capabilities
  • Use business process, organizational and technology capabilities, and knowledge across all core business units
  • Team with client technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to implement technical solutions for our clients
  • Participate in client engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building and management
  • Candidate must have prior experience in development and creation of new business opportunities

Skills and attributes for success

  • Proven track record in managing and supervising teams of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, post-implementation, conversion and testing
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
  • Ability to create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
  • Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff; Help create a positive learning culture
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

To qualify for this role you must have

  • Minimum of 10+ years of IT/Consulting industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver IT strategy and transformation engagements for clients in the government sector
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher, which will be driven by the engagement requirements

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $340,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $178,700 to $386,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
