Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the markets that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of existing local partners/resellers, and recruiting new local partners/resellers when necessary.
Responsible for maintaining good relationships with key accounts Telco, BFSI, Public Sectors, and Government as direct touch, ensuring high client satisfaction, regardless if accounts are direct or through a local partner/reseller.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to corporate clients as high touch and Direct touch approach
Assist local partners/ resellers in preparing their proposals and presentations.
Assist in the development and implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding the performance of the business.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Provides accurate sales forecasts/pipeline reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports for direct and indirect opportunities (through local partners/resellers).
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Prepare and manage bid proposals for clients.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Act per the Information Security Policy and Information Management Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Skills & Experience (Person Specification)
Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably with postgraduate education.
7-12 years of experience in sales and/or presales management in B2B software/ technology-enabled sales.
Solid experience with Customer Engagement Solutions selling is a must, including Customer Relationship Management Solutions, Workforce Management Solutions, Voice of the Customer Analytics, Financial Compliance solutions, etc.
Strong understanding of Customer Engagement Management and Actionable Intelligence Technology and Trends.
Proven account management experience with Enterprise SW selling into large and complex organizations in Philippines.
Possess C-level contacts with Telco, BFSI, and Public Sector companies in Philippines.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven leadership and ability to drive direct and indirect sales through local partners/resellers.
Experience working with Cloud communication products Genesys, Aspect, Nice, Avaya, Amazonconnect, Twillio, etc will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Good command of spoken and written English.
