Job Summary:
Reporting to the, theperforms technical tests and experiments for process engineering.
What a typical day looks like:
- Performs set-up of processing equipment.
- Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators and maintenance personnel
- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
- Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
- Line change configuration.
- Performs corrective maintenance.
- Follows escalation procedures.
- Work cross functionally with different departments.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate working in a high-pressured environment.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Experience in technical writing to support change control and quality/compliance activities
- Setup, operation and maintenance of industrial equipment
- Electro-Mechanical Knowledge, Electrical schematics, Mechanical drawing and dimensional annotation comprehension.
- Ability to understand and read various Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
- Ability to work with complex industrial mechanical assembly’s focused on secondary and final packaging.
- Have a basic level of understanding in industry 4.0 and manufacturing automation.
- Ability to work with coding, printing and inspection systems
- Ability to troubleshoot network connection to equipment
