As Channels and Partners business development Director, you will be leading partners’ recruiting and on-going corporate relationships, for Actimize as well as some other NICE LOBs.
How will you make an impact?
- Leading the translation of partnerships strategy and derived partners’ recruiting process within the organization.
- Enhancing NICE GTM ecosystem and support growing NICE revenues.
- Defining the most suitable commercial and legal models for any partnering opportunity.
- Ensuring partnerships success by maintain strong and positive relationships with our partners.
Have you got what it takes?
- 7+ years of experience in partners management, including recruiting, governance, on- going monitoring and relationship management.
- Proven experience within a software company of recruiting various types of GTM and technology partners (reseller, OEM, collaboration, etc.).
- Deep understanding of partners ecosystem, types of partners, motivation, business model, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
- Proven experience in leading negotiation processes of various types of partnership agreements.
- Communicating effectively with partners to resolve issues, provide support, and foster long-term relationships.
- Ability to work and execute in a 'matrix' structure with many other units.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a network of relationships within the organization and outside of it.
- Self-starter, proactive and accountable who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and fluid and uncertain environment.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Legal and financial background.
- Experience in working with the banking/financial industry.
