Here's what you'll need
Within capital/infrastructure delivery, inter-organisational situations (e.g. Joint Venture (JV), Alliance or Enterprise):
- Has developed an inter-organisational learning/culture/behaviour change strategy in a delivery environment, supporting joint teams to transform through, for example, defining their vision, values and behaviours.
- Experienced Organisational Development / Occupational Psychology or Team Coach with a focus on transformative learning, culture and behaviour change within major projects/programmes, evidence of having fostered constructive collaboration during planning and delivery across the inter-organisational situation.
- Has implemented inter-organisational learning, culture and behaviour change through the delivery lifecycle, with a high level of expertise, including facilitation of team mobilisation and joint (as in JV, Alliance, etc) problem solving approaches.
- Able to demonstrate influence within executive leadership situations, and at team leadership and individual levels.
- High tolerance of ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity with ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Able to demonstrate integrated project work with fellow team members working in Organisation Design, Strategy, Innovation and Project Management.
