Here's what you'll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll be self-motivated, inquisitive, and willing to challenge established practice. Excellent oral and written communication skills are key, along with the ability to collaborate as a team, and across Strategic Consulting. You’ll also have: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional registration in Engineering or related field · Extensive of experience in Infrastructure or Construction Industry · Significant experience in systems engineering · Proven track record of successful project delivery · Chartered Engineer in the UK or equivalent · Ability to form positive/effective relationships with clients and co-workers to satisfy both internal and external customer requirements · Ability to lead projects or workstreams with support · Ability to train and mentor more junior members of staff · Experience of business development such as proposal writing or developing commercial propositions. · Experience and knowledge in Project Management practices Desirable · Knowledge of safety-critical systems · Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies · Knowledge of system architecture and design · Knowledge of system security and privacy requirements Our Culture Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
