Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy development, execution, and continuous optimization for the Collectibles category.
Assess the French competitive landscape, market trends, and eBay’s internal data to identify supply and demand challenges, uncover opportunities, and define actionable plans.
Collaborate with global and local teams on seller acquisition and account management, inventory expansion, tailored marketing initiatives, as well as trust-building measures to deliver a seamless buyer/seller experience.
Develop strategic relationships with industry players to enhance services and offerings for Collectibles buyers and sellers.
Strengthen eBay’s presence within the collector community and across social and digital channels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key category metrics to measure success, inform decisions, and guide future initiatives.
Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in category management, strategy, e-commerce, consulting, retail, or consumer tech.
Strong expertise or personal passion for Collectibles - particularly Trading Cards (Pokémon required).
First-hand experience buying or selling trading cards on eBay or competitor platforms.
Proven success in managing complex projects and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Creative problem-solver and self-starter, comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.
Willingness to travel to industry events, partners, and eBay offices as needed.
Fluent in both French and English (oral and written).
