Responsibilities:

This role requires an ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines, meet daily requirements as well as progressing longer-term deliveries within stated timelines. It is therefore crucial for the candidate to be able to work well under pressure, possess strong task-management skills and to be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
• 2 – 3 years of experience in the Asian Commodities space and
• An understanding of how Chinese commodity exchanges, specifically the INE, SHFE and DCE operate and the different options to access them.
• An understanding of the SGE and SGEI is preferred but not required.
• Experience getting the most out of a matrix-reporting structure across different time zones ideally with knowledge of Citigroup’s corporate culture and systems.
• Previous experience in managing complex projects and processes
• Management experience, preferably in a financial services role
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Chinese Mandarin proficiency required.
• Able to develop and maintain effective work relationships across a broad variety of functions.
• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
