You will report directly to our Sr. Finance Manager, and you'll work out of our Chandler, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.DESCRIPTIONS SECTION OF POSTINGIn this role, you will be accountable for helping to guide and support the Integrated Supply Chain team, providing financial guidance and facilitating to drive business performance and profitability. Your expertise in supply chain finance, cost accounting, and financial planning and analysis will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain operations, improving cost visibility, and forecasting accuracy. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and drive process improvements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your analytics and insights will facilitate decision-making and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance. You will play a key role in managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and processes creation for the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Site Finance Manager, providing financial guidance and facilitating to drive business performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, processes, and procedures to establish financial supply chain operations and improve cost tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify cost tracking opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial analytics and insights to facilitate decision-making and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the Integrated Supply Chain organization.
• Partner with Sr. Finance Manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain effectiveness and drive business growth.
• Perform other special projects and ad hoc requests, as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS SECTION OF POSTINGYOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain finance, cost accounting, and financial forecasting and reporting.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
