Your day to day

We are searching for a strong FP&A professional to join and support the Consumer Finance Organization. You can make an impact by providing insight into business performance and financial results through timely analysis of trends, KPIs working closely with business partners, analytics, and accounting.

  • Run key FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, R&Os, monthly close, performance reporting, and others.
  • Support ad hoc business casing for new Consumer initiatives – creating detailed financial models from scratch and working cross-functionally to determine appropriate KPI inputs / assumptions.
  • Review and communicate performance against defined targets. Regularly perform variance and sensitivity analyses on (weekly/monthly) revenue performance for Consumer BU.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal – whether in PowerPoint or an elevator pitch, you need to translate complex concepts into layman’s terms and influence peers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer business and identify key business levers, establish cause & effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders.

What do you need to bring

  • 5+ years of professional related experience, preferably in Fintech or payments processing businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA/Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field a bonus
  • Advanced Proficiency with MS Office specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, highly analytical individual who strives for excellence and wants to be part of a great team
  • Ability to support fast turnaround times in rapid-paced environment
  • Experience in reporting and budget processes in matrixed organizations a plus
