- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, sales, software development and release, launch readiness or a related field within a cloud technologies or enterprise software solutions environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing relationships with senior leadership
- Self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining workstreams from scratch
- Expertise in building partnerships across orgs and influencing without authority
