Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects across the Zone, including Culture and Belonging initiatives, wellbeing, development and talent management
  • Provide local support to the HR team and colleagues in Italy, supporting with colleague communication, documentation, employer certifications, data analysis and labour relations activities, with potential to take on a client group over time
  • Collaborate with the HR teams across the Zone to support in communications strategies and embedding competitive and attractive employment practices
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvements, progressively thinking about insights to provide to the P&C team, and being a trailblazer for the implementation of AI

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificates or qualifications in a relevant People & Culture field (i.e. HR Management, psychology, Labor Law Human Resources, Business Administration) or relevant work experience
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
  • An ambassador for our cultural operating principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and proactivity
  • Advanced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a strong emphasis on Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Italian and English
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others, while having fun in a high-paced environment
  • Motivation and Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field
  • Fluent English and Italian.

  • Problem-solving: Creative and effective solutions to HR-related issues.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle various tasks and changing priorities.
