* Address and remediate antenna faults, alarms, and anomalies
* Perform on-site fault analysis and troubleshooting of gateway antennas
* Maintain and/or update antenna calibrations as necessary
* Perform software updates/upgrades of antenna components
* Manage tactical interactions with partners to ensure milestones, deliverables, and technical artifacts are technically compliant with project objectives and programmatic requirements.
* Work with stakeholder teams to maintain operational terminals in sync with organizational goals.
* Develop team training plans and materials.
* Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change control.

As a Gateway Terminal Technical Ops Engineer, you will provide both remote and on-site leadership to analyze, fix, and maintain our gateway antennas across the world. You will address tickets generated by our automated monitoring systems; providing critical feedback to dial in and improve our systems. You must be willing to travel (up to 50%) to our gateways in order to address physical problems and troubleshoot faults and anomalies. Your contributions will keep our systems capable of serving our customers. These systems provide mission critical communications with Kuiper satellites. Ground terminals include state of the art tracking antennas, modems, and innovative support systems.
Experience working in satellite communications ground systems and operationsWork experience in design and commission of radio/mobile telecommunications/RAN installations or SATCOM earth stations.Network integration experience in troubleshooting and on-site support.Ability to solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.Ability to write and review accurate and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries.Bachelor's Degree in RF, Aerospace, or other technical discipline or equivalent experience
