Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil
Hybrid position

• Provide operational support to SAP Partners across their partnership lifecycle.
• Ability to be flexible in the approach to support SAP Partners in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Contribute to drive partner self-sufficiency by promoting digital assets available to them.
• Cover SAP Partner support in a reactive manner across different channels (ticket, chat, phone) following defined SLAs and guidelines.
• Create and maintain Digital Assets to drive partner self-sufficiency.
• Assist and support SAP Partners on portals and tools, partnership requirements, main partnership processes, among other contents.
