The Brand and Media Director will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of initiatives that enhance Chase's market presence, brand awareness, creative strategy, and PR strategy across the entire Chase for Business credit card product suite. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of brand management, media strategy, and digital marketing trends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Chase's business objectives and enhance brand equity.
  • Lead the planning and execution of media campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and integration across all marketing and communication efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning and media strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to optimize media buying and creative development.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand and media initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of brand and media professionals.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum10 years experience in brand management and media strategy
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging media trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience within the financial services industry preferred.
