Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience leading a sales team.
Ability to communicate in German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing and inspiring high performing sales teams against quotas. Experience in brand performance at scale.
Knowledge of the German marketing ecosystem and experience working with German clients.
Ability to take initiative and work in a changing environment. Ability to be resourceful, with attention to detail.
Ability to own sales team operations, including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution. Ability to model and coach behaviours including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders. Passion for consultative solutions sales with a drive to innovate.
