What you'll do...
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer III to join our innovative Walmart+ team, where you will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge web applications using React, GraphQL, Next.js, and TypeScript. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that drive the growth of Walmart Plus and enhance our customers' shopping experience.
What you'll do..
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using GraphQL, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues that span multiple disciplines.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development, and apply this knowledge to improve our software solutions.
What you'll bring..
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software development, with a focus on web applications.
Proficient in React, GraphQL and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with other web development technologies, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools.
Strong understanding of testing frameworks and practices in software development
