Responsibilities:
Leading large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to senior leaders, peers, and direct report(s)
Demonstrate excellent project management, and quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
Operate effectively in whitespace to deliver results
Design, develop, and manage project plans, RAID trackers and project artifacts, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Problem solve and influence to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Partner cross-functionally with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Communicate efficiently and with excellent judgment to senior executives and diverse groups throughout the organization to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 8 years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certification or a combination
