Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in education technology, or selling enterprise software, account management, or a related field.
Experience presenting to and building relationships with various stakeholders at academic institutions or enterprises.
Ability to communicate in Arabic and English fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building and cultivating lasting relationships with accounts.
Experience in building thought leadership innovative programs in the education space.
Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other technologies.
Experience supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives with customers.
Understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique tests and decision-making processes.
Ability to execute go-to-market strategies and consistently meet or exceed goals, combined with thinking, discussion, and communication skills for effective collaboration across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
