Your responsibilities


You will be responsible for providing a range of support services including but not limited to:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient operations at the office
  • Assisting with travel arrangements for the team
  • Ongoing billing of clients and any necessary follow ups
  • Working on EY systems to set up and manage clients, updating data ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Carrying out any required secretarial duties as delegated by management
  • Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Prepare, file, and maintain documents, reports, and records
  • Monitor, order, and control office supplies
  • Greet visitors and clients, providing them with information and assistance as needed
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Skills andExperience:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • The ability to read, speak and write effectively in English
  • IT literate and possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Problem solving approach
  • An analytical mind-set and a hard-working attitude
  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • The desire to work as part of a team
