EY Compliance & Onboarding Assistant

You’ll be supporting our business assisting with various administrative tasks. This will mean working hand-in-hand with professionals and playing an integral part in the success of our organisation.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing a range of support services including but not limited to:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Providing assistance with client acceptance onboarding and compliance
  • Ongoing billing of clients and any necessary follow up
  • Working on EY systems to set up and manage clients
  • Carrying out any required secretarial duties as delegated by management.

What are we looking for?

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of KYC & Client onboarding rules
  • The ability to read, speak and write effectively in English
  • IT literate with touch typing skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Problem solving approach
  • An analytical mind-set and a hard-working attitude
  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • The desire to work as part of a team
