You’ll be supporting our business assisting with various administrative tasks. This will mean working hand-in-hand with professionals and playing an integral part in the success of our organisation.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing a range of support services including but not limited to:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Providing assistance with client acceptance onboarding and compliance
- Ongoing billing of clients and any necessary follow up
- Working on EY systems to set up and manage clients
- Carrying out any required secretarial duties as delegated by management.
What are we looking for?
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of KYC & Client onboarding rules
- The ability to read, speak and write effectively in English
- IT literate with touch typing skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Problem solving approach
- An analytical mind-set and a hard-working attitude
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- The desire to work as part of a team
