The Global ID Administration (GIDA) Intermediate Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.Responsibilities:
Help provide core customer service support for assigned applications and systems
Initiate and assist with process changes and suggestions based on Lean methodology
Aid with small projects
Interpret, develop and implement the principles of Information Security concepts and policies into day-to-day work
Develop and maintain an understanding of Citi, and the vision, strategy and goals of Citi’s Information Security and Technology team
Understand and assist in creating goals for projects and initiatives, constructively participate in end to end projects
Understand and promote change theory/ change initiatives and work with resistance
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
Must be available to work Evening Shift from 3pm to 11pm initially, with flexibility to change shifts thereafter
2-5 years of relevant experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven analytical skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

The CSIS intermediate position is a global program role requiring open source intelligence and threat intelligence knowledge and capabilities. This role will work in digital executive protection assessing threats and risks to executives. We are looking for high performers with experience in:
Open Source Intelligence, including experience collecting and analyzing publicly available information
Cyber threat monitoring
Experience triaging, analyzing, and actioning real or potential security threats
Strong understanding of open source monitoring tools and capabilities
Responsibilities:
Applying and executing the intelligence cycle
Monitoring open sources for threats and risks targeting executives and high-level company operations
Identification of intelligence gaps and development of innovative intelligence-driven solutions
Developing and delivering high quality written products and oral intelligence briefings
Identify and vet emerging risks, including analysis of deep and dark web data
Deliver detailed and professional briefings on executive risks, travel threats, and unusual direction of interests
Proactively analyze threats that create a risk to the company, its employees, shareholders, assets and clients
Identify and report on operational events and trends, tactical assessments of current and future threats, operational, tactical and strategic recommendations to counter those threats
Create succinct narrative reports, presentations, visual mapping and link charts or similar diagrams to report analytical assessments
Display data and the results of analysis in clear straightforward business report that can be understood by non-technical readers
Provide written explanations of approach and analysis in plain language that supports the conclusions and observations
Employs developed communication and diplomacy skills to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information
