You will report directly to our Business Development Manager and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains or Baton Rouge location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Workacross multiple functions to ensure compliance with the AIM (American Innovation andManufacturing, applicable to certain refrigerants) Act by aggregating data, analyzing the movementof goods, and submitting reports to relevant regulatory agencies
- Manage the business quota plan and ensure periodic annual audits fromregulatory agencies are effectively and correctly completed
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Health and Safety or similardisciplines
- Experience with the EPA, Environmental Compliance, AIM audit, or the annual Ontario HSP audit.
