As an Account Manager, you will focus on managing and growing relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibilities will include driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of client needs to identify expansion opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the commercial relationship with existing clients by managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive client retention and minimize churn by ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent value delivery.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership, to achieve client business objectives and maximize account potential.
- Analyze product usage data and client feedback to uncover growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and track account progress in CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients, showcasing AppsFlyer’s value and ensuring long-term partnerships.
What You Have:
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in Martech, Adtech, or Analytics.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights that drive client success.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast, and report progress.
- Willingness to travel.
