- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an applied research setting or similar.
- Experience in 0 to 1 spaces or enabling 0 to 1 product development.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership.
- 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
- Experience leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis techniques in highly diverse disciplinary environments.
- Interest or experience in the general media and entertainment space.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region and willingness to accommodate Asia/Pacific time zone meetings occasionally.
