Qualifications
- Strong understanding of federal and state individual taxation
- 3-7 years individual income tax preparation or analysis experience
- Previous in-depth utilization of individual tax preparation software is highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Moderate level of understanding of software best practices and coding techniques
- Possess or able to quickly learn and apply tax content development tools
- Possess or able to quickly learn testing processes to validate work, whether automated or manual
- Effective interpersonal skills, which translates into the ability to partner for commitment and action, communication, as well as listening
- Cultural and organizational fit at Intuit and in Tax Content; emotional intelligence, business acumen, professional maturity, motivation for taking on this role
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
