In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist the Director of Business Partner and Workplace Innovation in refining and developing playbooks to ensure they effectively meet business needs.
- Contribute to the creation of executive-level presentations, showcasing insights and strategies for senior leadership.
- Evaluate the current program and identify opportunities for enhancement to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and drive more efficient processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Current Junior/Rising Senior (December 2025/May 2026 grad date) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment across a broad range of cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working across multiple projects.
