In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist the Director of Business Partner and Workplace Innovation in refining and developing playbooks to ensure they effectively meet business needs.
• Contribute to the creation of executive-level presentations, showcasing insights and strategies for senior leadership.
• Evaluate the current program and identify opportunities for enhancement to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and drive more efficient processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Junior/Rising Senior (December 2025/May 2026 grad date) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment across a broad range of cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working across multiple projects.
