Scope:

• Collect and analyze network data to explore opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support in conducting customer demos and workshops to display our network capabilities and automation solutions.
• Help develop initial use cases for network automation, learning to define requirements for North Bound Interface (NBI)/API (REST, RESTCONF, etc.) and customization.
• Participate in team discussions and support pre-sales activities by learning technical aspects necessary for customer proposals.

• Data Analysis: Support data analysis efforts to identify trends, diagnose issues, and contribute to automation development discussions.
• Learning Automation Use Cases: Gain understanding in defining requirements for automation use cases, including NBI/API usage and customization.
• Platform & Virtualization Expertise: Grow to become a knowledge reference for network platforms, virtualization/container technologies, and cloud-ready architectures.
• Demonstrations and Lab Trials: Assist in designing and preparing demos and lab trials that highlight network functionalities and the benefits of automation.
• Customer Interaction: Support interactions with customers to understand their needs and assist in providing solutions.

• Master’s degree in progress or recently completed in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Interest in telecommunications technology and eagerness to learn about industry advancements.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about virtualization environments, containers, and cloud-ready architectures.
• Familiarity with machine-to-machine interfaces like REST, RESTCONF, etc., or willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 365) for basic data analysis and reporting.
• An enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to team goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Welcome but not required):

• Exposure to data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge in transport and/or Microwave (MW) technology.
• Curiosity about market analysis and financial data interpretation.
