• Cultivating microorganisms in bioreactors
• Discharging intermediate products using centrifugation/separation techniques
• Conducting aseptic operations involving microorganisms
• Performing In-process Control (IPC) testing
• Engaging in technical and physical tasks related to production equipment, including operation and maintenance
• Handling weights of up to 25 kg, so readiness for physical activities is valued
• Shift work (3 shifts 7/7) 5 working days / 2 OFF days. Totaling 40 hours per week.

• College or university education in bioengineering, biochemistry, biology, chemistry or biotechnology
• Understanding of critical process steps and the ability to work independently
• Ability to systematize and summarize information
• Excellent computer skills
• Good documentation skills and practices
• Ability to work in a team
• Eagerness to gain new skills, committed to continuous improvement
• Positive thinking, diligence, responsibility, honesty, and a strong sense of duty
• Good command of Lithuanian and English (speaking and writing)
