Production Line Lead

The primary responsibility of the Viral Production Line Lead is the effective planning & execution of the operational requirements and growth strategies of the Cell Culture and Viral Antigen Production.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
- Lead & model company leadership & inclusive behaviours
- Oversight of daily operations of the cell culture and viral antigen production areas.
- Timely preparation and distribution of operational reporting
- Effectively communicate plans, metrics, mitigation issues and recovery plans to the team
- Apply MPS tools to lead & support issue mitigation, management & recovery.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure targets are met.
- Support strategies for growth and technical process advancement for the cell culture and viral antigen manufacture.
- Build a positive and collaborative team culture that energises, engages & empowers.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualifications or industry experience.
- Extensive prior work experience in a regulated and or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GMP and quality systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, organisation and teamwork skills
- Sound understanding of aseptic processes and GMP behaviours.
- Demonstrated experience on process standardisation and continuous process improvements.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships and provide supportive leadership to their team.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and aptitude to train and utilise workers in a multi-faceted environment.
- An ability or willingness to develop data analysis skill sets to drive digital capabilities/solutions.
- Sound understanding of EHS risk escalation, investigation & mitigation processes.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
