What you'll do
- Design and conduct rapid usability testing, including test planning, participant recruitment, moderation, and analysis, to identify user pain points and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user insights into the development cycle
- Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives by gathering and analyzing user feedback from diverse sources
- Facilitate workshops to translate research findings into actionable recommendations
- Support non-research team members in conducting and documenting their own research projects, ensuring consistency, best practices, and easy access
- Foster and maintain a community of customers who participate in research studies
- Help m aintain a nd expand centralized research repository to document findings, methodologies, and insights
- Support non-research team members in conducting and documenting their own research projects, ensuring consistency, adherence to best practices, and easy access to resources
- + years conducting research in a fast-paced product development environment
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience iterating on organization-level programs (building from the ground-up is a bonus!)
- Work samples that showcase your research experience and approach
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and influence product and design decisions
- Understanding human-centered design and product development

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 2 years’ experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.
