JOB DESCRIPTION

As a , you will design and optimize chemical manufacturing processes, leveraging expertise in chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics to address complex challenges in producing chemicals, fuels, pharmaceuticals, food, and other products. Your contributions will drive advancements in manufacturing procedures and processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation.

• Provide daily support to manufacturing operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and analyze production processes for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
• Conduct detailed analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Design and execute experiments to support process development.
• Estimate production costs and analyze budget impacts.
• Manage and execute productivity improvement projects.
• Develop scope and plans for capital improvement projects.


• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 2+ years of experience within a chemical manufacturing environment
• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and applied mathematics.
• Interest in and aptitude for chemistry.
• Project management and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving expertise.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
