Ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring client business requirements are translated properly and satisfied throughout the implementation of payment solutions and delivery against the mandated agreements. You will be responsible for solutioning, early engagement activity; participating in finalist presentations, reviewing implementation requirements with clients pre-mandate, and supporting the roll-out of new products in the Payments space.
Job responsibilities
- Leading a team of mid-level managers & implementation project managers responsible for working directly with clients and implementation teams on the integration of complex treasury cash management solutions for new and existing clients
- Project Director may lead their own client projects and strongly recommended to do so with key clients
- Have a deep understanding of JP Morgan’s cash management products, the organization, and priorities
- Partnering with Product and Operations teams to architect the optimal onboarding experience for newly launched products
- Serve as an effective point of escalation on behalf of client
- Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and product knowledge
- Provide support to team colleagues when requested; be a subject matter expert for products supported
- Leading the organization’s strategy and attainment of key KPIs; providing regular executive management updates to partners and senior management
- Attend and demonstrate knowledge and value on RFP’s, pre-implementation calls with clients and sales.
- Identify and communicate process gaps and improvements opportunities; express willingness to own improvement initiatives; recognized by partners as a process expert with ability to drive improvements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Cash management and treasury services experience / experience with technical payment solutions such as Host-to-Host, APIs and E-wallets; knowledge of payment connectivity / file formats preferred
- Seasoned project management and problem-solving skills.
- Client-facing experience preferred
- BA/BS degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 7 years managing teams, projects and programs
- Excellent verbal and written business and technical communication skills to both clients and internal partners; ability to tailor messaging to relevant audiences
- Effective issue resolution and escalation skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a high pressure, competing-priority work environment
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to change
- Proficient in use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
- Travel 25%; Valid Passport to travel internationally
