What we are looking for

• Advanced university student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with databases, reports, and statistics.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and applications.
• Experience or knowledge in dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Face real-life situations in a dynamic healthcare devices company.
• Work on real business tasks from Day 1 (e.g., spare parts planning).
• Contribute to the preparation and production of proposals and reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
• Take responsibility for Inventory Management: seek opportunities to optimize stock levels, reduce excess, and maintain a healthy balance.
• Interact and collaborate with cross-functional areas, regional teams, global planners, global support centers, and internal customers.
• Conduct oneself as a full-time member of the Supply Chain area by adhering to Boston Scientific’s rules and regulations, maintaining professionalism, and respecting confidentiality and compliance policies.
• Develop knowledge about assigned responsibilities, business processes, and operational issues, as well as Boston Scientific’s management practices and company-specific challenges.
